Location of the site

The surface of the land measures over 252 000 square feet and is located on 275, Beaudry Nord Steet in the city of Joliette. This land has a great real estate potential and has many densification possibilities. Currently there is one existing building of a 26 665 square feet space for occupation.

Our integrated project of a living environment and commercial spaces

The first step of Le Barthélemy is to build two multiresidential structures including one with 39 locative units distributed on 3 floors and the other of 65 units spread over 2 floors for a total of 104 locative condominiums. At all times, it will be possible for the residents to benefit of green spaces, a private yard and a library. It will be easy for them to have access to daycare services, financial, medical and pharmaceutical services thanks to a commercial building.
